"Fantastic location and warm welcoming staff. We had a wonderful view of the palace entrance, which was only a 30 second walk away. Everything you would typically want in a room was already there without having to ask the staff. Beds were comfortable, including the pull-out couch. Plenty of coffee in the room."

"We made this reservation on Hotels.com for two rooms. Upon arrival there was a desk clerk who was rather abrupt with us and told us she did not have the reservation. I explained we booked through Hotels.com and she didn't care and said there was nothing she could do and she stopped assisting us. The other front desk associate, Victoria, was very nice and was trying to help us locate another property. I called Hotels.com and they called the front desk. Apparently it was Hotels.com's fault and...

"Our family (3 teens) stayed in 2 rooms in summer. Nice, quiet stay. Rooms are spacious, staff is friendly and we were centrally located for day trips to Nimes and other locations. The pool was very nice. I wished there were mini-fridges in the rooms, as storing cold beverages would have been a welcome option during hot weather. "
