"This is a hidden gem in Bordeaux, the hotel is conveniently located to the tram and 5 stops to the city center. On arrival we were welcomed by Brian who has wealth of knowledge of the area and was very kind. Brian really made our stay memorable he even assisted us in ordering dinner. "The pool was lovely . There are several restaurants within easy walking distance. Disliked the number of rules at the property -for instance you cannot have your own food and drinks on terrace/ in room yet they sell no food and only a minimal drink selection. The shower needs to be hooked up as holding it in your hand to shower in 2022 really isn’t acceptable . Rooms need updating . "
