"We made this reservation on Hotels.com for two rooms. Upon arrival there was a desk clerk who was rather abrupt with us and told us she did not have the reservation. I explained we booked through Hotels.com and she didn't care and said there was nothing she could do and she stopped assisting us. The other front desk associate, Victoria, was very nice and was trying to help us locate another property. I called Hotels.com and they called the front desk.
