"Stayed in the 2 bedroom (1 king + 2 queens). Room was fantastic and had plenty of space for us. We stayed on the top floor, which was lovely, as it was quiet and guaranteed an empty elevator every time we had to go down. Breakfast was decent - it's the regular hot breakfast menu (eggs, sausage/bacon, breads/bakery items, oatmeal, some cut fruit, etc). Swimming pool was nice and parking was ample. Location was pretty good too in that, yes, you had to drive 20 mins or so to get the main tourist spots but it's right off the highway plus there is a Starbucks and a grocery store both within walking distance down the street. "

"We had a great stay here. The rooms were updated, clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with a good variety, and the coffee and tea available in the lobby was a nice touch. Service was a standout! one of the staff members in particular made us all feel very welcome and taken care of. We also appreciated the underground parking, which made things much easier for our senior parents as they were able to use the elevator comfortably. Overall, a 5-star experience. Would definitely stay here again."

"The location of the hotel is excellent. The room was small and the bathroom very small with no counter space. We didn’t have any body wash or soap on the first day. Elevator was small and only one out of two worked, super busy all the time. Front desk staff super nice, accommodate an early check in. She gave us information about the area and provided a map. Room was clean."

"Staff was very rude and unwelcoming especially the lady at the front desk with long black hair. She has TERRIBLE customer service. I only stayed because they wouldn’t let me check out without charging an extra fee. NEVER going back there because of the experience I had. There was such a lovely lady at the bar. I feel sorry that she has to work in such a hostile environment."

"If you like easy access to your vehicle, this isn’t the place. The city blocked off all front access to the hotel for bus stops, although valet was awesome in their attempts to get our vehicle as close to the doors as possible. Hallways and rooms need a good deep clean; bathrooms are tiny with no fan/exhaust. We had to return our meal to the hotel restaurant as there was a gigantic bug in our salad (we were reimbursed); had to walk to another restaurant for our dinner. I really, truly, wanted to love our stay - the saving grace are the wonderful staff we met during our 4-day stay."
