"We loved the kitchenette in the room. It made it easy to make drinks and we used the microwave and fridge. The room was clean and convenient for a good night's sleep. The hotel was large but quiet. It is about 40 minutes walk from the centre which was okay but there are also buses from close to the hotel which makes it easier. For the price, a very good basic hotel with everything you need for a stay."

"Perfect... best rating 6* if was possible. The staff were all smiling what ever job they were doing. The room was beautiful and clean ( you could eat off the floor ). Attention to detail throughout. The Spa with unlimited access ( as opossed to others near by clenched the deal, not having to book ) was a wonderful way to start on arrival and start the next day. I would suggest thia to anyone that has a chance."

"I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. I was there to do the Annecy half marathon and i found the beds very comfortable which gave me a great night's sleep. The room was beautifully decorated and i had a view of the lake. I didn't have breakfast but it looked good but they did offer free coffee and hot chocolate. The receptionist was super friendly and kind."

"Room was fabulous. The only recommendation I have is could not figure out lights. Breakfast could be changed up. Eggs were not appealing. Suggest a fresh omlet station. "

"The apartment was well placed for walking into Annecy. It was clean and spacious enough for our needs. I did book a 4 person apartment which implied we had four separate beds which we needed. What we actually ended up with was a double, a single sofa and a pull out single trundle bed. It wasn’t ideal but we made it work. Small studio kitchen was well equipped. Toilet separate from the bathroom was good, however no sink in the toilet area was a little strange. Opening doors, walking through the apartment and using light switches with unwashed hands wasn’t my favourite thing. Free coffee, tea and water was a great advantage. Staff friendly and helpful. "
