"We absolutely loved the Staff!! John on the 3 to 11 shift Saturday September 27 was fantastic, helpful and super friendly!!! Also Tasha the lady who worked the breakfast on Sunday September 28 went above and beyond to made sure I enjoyed my breakfast!! The room was big and clean and beds were comfortable and pillows were great. Awesome views of the Saint John Harbor and there were fireworks last night as a surprise. Will definitely stay there again. Hot tub was beyond amazing!!!!! Thank you HI Express Saint John."

"This is a restored hotel and a very nice place to stay with amazing views of the bay. The bed was very comfortable, the towels were thick, the water was hot and plentiful. Only drawback was the bathroom needs some serious cleaning. The shower and sink areas had a lot of mold that needs to be dealt with. It wasn’t “OMG, disgusting!l mold but sufficient to warrant mentioning. If we were staying more than one night we would have asked them to deal with it. The staff was ver6 helpful and friendly and the restaurants were very nice - we ate both dinner and breakfast there. "
