We arrived late and left early the next day. The staff was kind, though we sensed some slightly unusual vibes. The breakfast, however, was a bit underwhelming."

Though the room was a bit pricey, I would still highly recommend it to anyone who would like to stay with a walkable distance to Lugano Station."

"Staff were all kind and helpful (shoutout to Leila). Hotel is clean and it’s really gorgeous. Great for those looking for a luxury, boutique feeling hotel. The view to the lake was out of this world. Breakfast was good, and we tried their pizza and it was phenomenal. "

"For me, the biggest reason why you come to Villa Sassa is the majestic view or the surrounding areas. It's a scene out of a movie. Beautiful with a lake view. The only thing that could be better is having more kid friendly food options and a major paint job of the buildings, as it looks outdated and takes away from the aesthetic view of the property. "

The place was fine but the neighbors in apartment above have small children that aparently never go to bed and just run back and forth all night. I am not kidding about them running all night long. We did reach out to staff regarding internet and tv regarding status and received no replies."
