"I stopped in Masseret at random, as I was driving down to Occitanie. I arrived late, and during the Covid pandemic, and the receptionist offered me a reasonably priced evening meal in my room, which was delicious. "Stayed for one night on the way south. Uzerche was a nice place but quiet and we found limited options to eat at a reasonable price. The room was fine. The restaurant food was good but quite pricey, we thought."

Beautiful Overnight Stop
"Lovely spot for an overnight on the way down through France, kids loved the facilities including pool and the accommodation was quirky and fun. Staff were really friendly and the food and coffee were great after a long day driving."

"Remote location. Pool closed until later than advertised so only enjoyed a v short swim before leaving. No food shop on site. Fully equipped kitchen. Would have been good to have milk and tea bags etc provided. Great potential. Lovely setting"
