"The property is spacious and beautiful. Guests can wander around and relax in many of the spaces. There are beautiful horses, alpacas and dogs, all of whom are loved and well cared for. The rooms are clean and welcoming. Guests can use the refrigerator, kitchen utensils, and coffee and tea makers in the large dining area. The host, Pascal, is lovely and provides a warm welcome, and is nearly always available to converse, advise and suggest. We would happily return to La Petit Fourchon!"

"On my way to Spain, I made my stop for the night at this maison. The house is in an extremely quiet area and feels very relaxing. The house itself shows its age, and the surroundings around it is farmers land I assume. I had a room overlooking the pool, and the room was fine. Everything worked and was well maintained. The TV only had french stations so not worth watching. I couldn't get the wifi to set up (due to my clumsiness?) so I used my own. So please ask about it if you decide to stay...

"Accueil charmant et convivial par Edwige. L'endroit est magique, calme. Magnifique piscine et joli parc de 4 hectares. Notre chambre etait vaste et lumineuse avec une grande salle de bains avec fenêtre sur le parc et douche double. Les petits déjeuners sont formidables et délicieux et mieux que dans un 5 etoiles avec d'excellents produits et des recettes sucrees et salées d'Edwige . Nous sommes partis avec regrets de ce bel endroit. "

"The room was beautiful and the bed was large and comfortable. The bathroom was like an ensuite with a big soaker tub, walk in shower and separate toilet room. Well supplied with everything you need. There were plenty of cold options for breakfast and hot coffee. Our hostess was inviting and helpful. The map provided by Expedia is totally wrong. Luckily, the host's phone number is provided in the listing and the owner has WhatsApp. I was able to get the correct address and find the property....

"We really enjoyed our stay. The location is superb, right in front of the Roman amphitheatre, just a short walk from the station. The room was very well equipped and comfortable, everything worked fine, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We noticed no noise from inside the hotel. There was some from the adjacent building site, but only during working hours and this was not a problem. If visiting Nimes again we would certainly be happy to stay here. "
