The staff is very friendly and helpful with ideas to discover the area around Saguenay. The menu is amazing in the restaurant. And we also had a free kayak hour to explore Lac St-Jean so ask the staff about it if you plan on staying there.

This was a fantastic hotel. Great service, great restaurant, modern, large room with a comfortable bed and a wonderful view. This would easily have been a 5-star review if not for the strong perfume smell throughout the hotel including in the room. Unfortunately they had just installed dispensers throughout the hotel that spritzed perfume at frequent intervals the week before our arrival. Hopefully we with time they will adjust to a more tolerable level of odour. Or even better remove them entirely. We had our balcony door open the whole time and still couldn’t escape the smell

Le site est magnifique et le personnel est d'une grande gentillesse. Chambre sombre le soir venu. Une lumière d'appoint serait vraiment essentielle pour lire et mème discuter. On trouve aussi innaceptable de devoir débourser 50$ pour lever le lit escamotable donnant accès à un sofa, parce que seule l'établissement a le contrôle et a la possibilité de l'activer.

Superbe séjour à l’auberge. Mention spécial au personnel qui était très agréable. Petite déception quant aux jeux d’eau qui n’était pas disponible au courant de la semaine mais sinon c’était vraiment super. Le site est tout simplement exceptionnel.

Nous avons été déçu de ne pas avoir été informé en amont que les jeux d’eau pour enfant étaient en maintenance. Nous avions choisi l’hôtel principalement pour cette raison. De plus, nous n’avons pas trouvé le personnel très courtois. C’était notre 2ème séjour à l’hôtel et probablement le dernier malheureusement.

Exellent séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Les chambres sont spacieuses et très propres, bien isolée du bruit extérieur. Le personnel à l'accueil est très agréable. Et que dire de la vue sur le lac, notamment pour le coucher du soleil, dont on ne se lasse pas! Plusieurs formules de petits déjeuners sont proposés et servies à table par un personnel là encore tres serviable. De passage au lac Saint Jean nul doute que je choissise à nouveau cet établissement !

Très bel endroit avec chambre moderne et très grande. Belle plage et accès à un spa, piscine et sauna. Restaurant sur place très bien. La salle de bain aurait cependant besoin d’une cure de rajeunissement !
