"I love the ambience, kind staff. The pool staff was a bit aloof and didnt start the sauna's on time and I had to ask and they forgot to turn one of them on , (which wouldnt have mattered but I only had an hour and it was the reason I came) It is quite far from the train station and quite a pricey uber/ cab drive (38 euros from trouville station) but it is well worth it for the spa vibe and the beautiful floral decor around the hotel. "We had a lovely three night stay here last week. The spa facilities are v. good - I've never been to a spa with so many treatment rooms. Positives: Good spa and nice bedrooms. Negatives: There was a lack of privacy to our first floor room which overlooked the street. However, I asked to be moved after the first night and they accommodated us, which I felt was good service."

"Beautiful hotel - classic grand european hotel. On the one side you have the beach and the other side you are right in the center of town. Perfect location. If you plan on using the beach cabanas or chairs you should reserve before you arrive - they sell out well in advance on busy days."
