"Mon séjour dans ce gîte a été extrêmement décevant. Dès l’arrivée, les choses ont mal tourné : les gérants ont exigé que je paie une seconde fois la chambre, prétendant que le paiement initial n’avait pas ét é effectué, alors que j’avais le reçu et toutes les preuves de la transaction.
Ils ont même refusé de me laisser partir tant que je ne payais pas une nouvelle fois. Face à cette situation absurde, j’ai dû contacter le service client d’Hôtel.com pour intervenir, car la gérante, ne parlait pas...

Fijne voorzieningen, zoals restaurant, broodjes 's ochtends en natuurlijk een geweldig zwembad voor het kasteel. Vriendelijke eigenaar en personeel, uitleg over schoonmaak en afval kan nog iets beter, en iets meer schaduwplekken bij het zwembad zou ook fijn zijn, verder helemaal top. "
