"The hotel is under renovation when we stayed so it should get better , the main issue was the elevator , only 1 was working and the other elevator was makiking a lot of noise and we were on the 6th floor listening to it until 3 am in the morning unable to sleep"

"Restaurant In hotel serves breakfast for comparable price of other restaurants. Good food served quickly. Staff at front desk pleasant, professional and friendly. Our room was very clean and updated. Renovations are in progress. Shuttle service from airport was a big benefit. Driver was helpful and friendly."

"The first room I was given was a mess. There was a pretty serious leak around the window with water steadily dripping in, and the drywall around it was crumbling. It was bad enough that I had to ask for a different room right away. The second room wasn’t much better. It didn’t feel clean, the desk chair had a white stain on it and was broken and wobbly, and the window was super drafty and made a constant whistling noise. There was also more crumbling drywall around the window, and the TV didn’t even work. Walking through the hotel, I kept hearing staff arguing and yelling at each other, which just added to the overall uncomfortable feeling. I ended up leaving early and didn’t stay my second night. Management didn’t seem too concerned and didn’t offer any kind of refund. Overall, this place might be a 2-star hotel on a good day. I wouldn’t trust the reviews based on my experience."
