Appartement correct avec tout le nécessaire. Par contre, mauvais agencement. Le canapé n'est pas en face de la télé. Les WC sont très étroits, pas facile de fermer la porte de la salle de bain qui est trop petite avec une baignoire trop haute. Les accès aux différents jeux sont payants et il n'y a pas de distributeur de monnaie car il faut des pièces de 1 euro. Même en demandant à l'accueil, il n'y a pas de monnaie. L'accès piscine jusqu'à 20h un peu cours. Il n'y a rien pour prévenir de la profondeur du bassin. Le départ à maxi 10h le matin c'est trop tôt. Tout est en option et payant (linge de lits, kit vaisselle, télé, internet chambre, ménage...) C'est dommage de faire les mêmes prestations pour une location journaliere et une localisation vacances. Bien dans l'ensemble mais quelques petites choses à revoir.

Résidence agréable, à taille humaine idéalement située à 80 m de la plage ! Personnel très accueillant. Piscine extérieure chauffée, top ! Appartement fonctionnel ( mais literie dure).

Séjour agréable

Résidence idéalement placée à quelques mètres de la plage. Parking gratuit pratique. Quelques points négatifs en revanche, tout est en option, TV ou Wifi sont payants. Aucun produit d’entretien (savon, produit lave vaisselle, éponge) tout est à prévoir. Dommage ça fait un peu « rat ». Literie moyennement confortable. Les 2 piscines (intérieure et extérieure) restent vraiment petites par rapport au nombre de personne pouvant loger dans la résidence. Ce doit être très compliqué en période de forte influence. Le spa ne fonctionnait pas lorsque nous y étions. Sinon le personnel est très agréable et discret.

Résidence qui a grand besoin de renovation. On se croirait dans un hôpital mal entretenu. Moisissure sur les murs, vaisselle sale. Nous avons rendu l'appartement plus propre sur nous l'avions eu.

Hotellet lå dejligt og tæt på havet, men langt fra butikker og restauranter. Vores lejlighed nr. 114 var meget slidt og rengøringen var ikke i orden. Hvilket nok beror på, at rengøring ikke er includeret i prisen. Tilsyneladende indgik håndklæder og sengelinned heller ikke. Hotelgange fremstod nussede. Skraldespand foran reception blev ikke tømt de 3 dage vi var der og mængden af hundeposer voksede. Elevator havde været i uorden siden 22. maj 2019. Området omkring pools fremstod pænt og rent.

Attention : tout est en supplément : 10euros par personne pour le linge de lit . 7 euros pour les serviettes de toilette. 8 euros par jour pour la télévision. Wifi payante . Ménage de départ 59 euros pour 2 jours ... si vous faites le ménage de départ quelqu’un vient vérifier que vous l’avez fait . Réceptionniste mal aimable et horaires limités

logement vétuste et sale

Résidence très bien située en face la mer et à proximité de Dinard et St Malo. Chambre spacieuse mais vétuste (meubles, canapé, mur, électro-ménager, fenêtre cassée...) et sale (résidus de nourriture collés sur tables et chaises, sol collant et encrassé, poils et cheveux sur oreillers et matelas). Le ménage n'avait pas été fait depuis très longtemps.

proche plage, personnel accueillant,en cette période de fête niveau déco un sapin et des paquets cdx au pied . tristounet.. il y a cheminée que l'on aurait bien aimé allumée, pour coté chaleureux. Pas de chauffage dans ce bel espace accueil qui est grand (billard,flipper, espace canapés.Niveau propreté cela reste basique. toilette acceuil , le porte savon est pas propre. Cet endroit n'a que 18 ans!!! est vétuste.A rafraichir: sol couloir,fenêtres(charnières rouillées).l'acces terrasse impossible car porte fenêtre condamnée!!! pas mal mais a remettre au goût du jour! piscine : petite. SINON: diminuer le prix de la nuitée. rapport qualité /prix pas TOP.

L emplacement de cette résidence est superbe. On voit bien que il a quelques années d existences. Il mériterait bien d un coup de jeune dans les couloirs et peut-être dans certains appartements. Mais avant toute chose à faire en urgence refaire la piscine intérieur et le sauna.

La residence est très bien située pour à deux pas de la belle plage longchamps et pour visiter . Les extérieurs sont bien entretenus et propres. Le gros point négatif est le logement qui mérite un rafraîchissement et la literie (canapé lit Hs) qui nous a obligé à dormir par terre.. le problème est connu mais pas résolu.

Unterkunft etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber okay.

Wir haben als fünfköpfige Familie Urlaub in der Anlage gemacht. Unsere Wohnung war okay und funktionabel, hätte aber etwas sauberer sein können. Insgesamt ist die Anlage etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber damit lässt sich leben. Die Flure sind recht dunkel und könnte etwas Belebung (Bilder, Pflanzen) gebrauchen. Nicht jede Wohnung hat Balkon oder Terrasse, darauf sollte man bei der Buchung unbedingt achten. Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wlan und Bettwäsche kosten extra - das ist nicht so schön. Außenpool ist okay, wir haben ihn allerdings kaum genutzt, weil der sehr schöne Strand Plage de Longchamps unmittelbar auf der anderen Straßenseite liegt - das ist wirklich ein absoluter Pluspunkt!

Haus in Strandnähe, sehr guter personeller Service, Gesamtanlage mit Pool, Park etc. sehr gepflegt und angenehm. Wohneinheit sehr sauber, funktionell mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet, nur leider etwas karg eingerichtet in Hinsicht auf Gemütlichkeit, z.B. abends steht nur die Deckenlampe im Küchenbereich als Lichtquelle zur Verfügung. Das könnte man mit wenigen zusätzlichen Gegenständen verbessern. Freies WiFi in der Lobby, aber zahlungs-pflichtig in den Appartments, das ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Gesamt war ich sehr zufrieden.

Belle semaine au bord de la mer

Très bien. Bonne surprise. La résidence est bien organisée bien qu'elle soit effectivement assez ancienne et mériterait un rafraichissement. Les responsables sont sympa. La résidence est bien placée dans une région ou il y a beaucoup à faire (Saint Malo, Dinan, Dinard, Cancale, zoo de la bourbansais, Cap Fréhel, ...)
