"I came in when Amanda was working the front desk. Amanda was by far the best welcoming experience I've encountered in a hotel. I have traveled all over Asia, some of Europe and the US. I can't tell you how genuinely warm and welcoming Amanda was but it also came across as entirely authentic. I even thought I'd love to have her work for my company. People like her make the tiring part of traveling so worth it for just a few moments of above and beyond kindness. Thank you. Will stay here again if my travels bring me back."

"Took 20 minutes for someone to come wait on me at the front desk and that’s only because I called them. The “check in kiosk” was not working at the time. Room was “okay” BUT it smelled HORRIBLE. I had to go by febreeze. Stains all over the carpet. Our white sock were BLACK. The shower made a horrible noise. Bathroom was tiny."

"It was okay. I get the vibe someone bought a crappy motel 6 thinking they could fix it up. Then it was to much money and effort to make it food. The room is decent but feels like there is nice stuff in a subpar space. The breakfast was unbelievably disappointing. Cold serial or a stereotypical waffle maker. No eggs bacon sausage or bagels. It was bad, like the juice. "

"SureStay Plus was not what I expected. It is decent if you are looking for a Motel. I was expecting a hotel with more upgraded facilities and a breakfast that included more than just Walmart-bought muffins and cereal, especially considering the price for the stay. On a positive note, the staff was courteous and friendly."

"The staff were friendly and nice. The room was clean. The breakfast was hot and delicious. The staff knock to see if I needed any towels or etc. I will definitely be booking again. It was a great stay."
