"It is very pet friendly with a fair charge of $ 20.- for both small dogs. The room is large with a large fridge/freezer. We pre-booked and paid but the room was very cold at arrival. The beds were not made - crumpled sheets. Doona and pillow slips need a proper wash. The micro wave is weak - you will need extra time to heat anything. "

"The breakfast area setup needs improvement. There were no tongs to pick up the bread leaving people to use fingers. For some reason, the breakfast was set up in the bar area with gambling video lottery terminals in plain sight making it not kid friendly at all. This may even be illegal as it is in other provinces but I’m not sure. The food was good though. "

"Personnel courtois et chaleureux, particulièrement à l’eco café. L’etablissement nous facture 2% sur la facture de restauration pour des frais d’administration, ce qui me semble une pratique questionnable. Attendez vous à payer pour le spa, le yoga et même la mayonnaise! Très beau site, les sentiers sont bien entretenus mais pas balisés, il est difficile de s’y retrouver, une carte des sentiers sur le site serait apprécié (et non une application de cellulaire). "

"The hotel is in it to make money, and they keep certain things concealed until you agree to buy. Beware, i got a resort fee of $19/ person per night (frais de vilegiature) on my credit card 3 weeks after i stayed, and this was after i asked for a printed receipt upon checkout. I will not be returning"

"A mon arrivée, personne à la reception. Juste un numéro de téléphone qui ne répondait pas. il a fallu que je cogne à la porte d'une voisine qui a bien voulu appeler le gérant de l'hotel. Celui ci s'est présenté en short et sortie de bain. Le restaurant étai fermé. il a fallut rouler 20 mn pour trouver un restaurant et prendre mon déjeuner. "
