pool was closed, this was the main reason we booked this place, and we received no advanced notice. Our son was very upset. We were told about a
public pool on the lake, which is lovely btw.
We were woken up both mornings by house keeping walking into the room early. They opened the door before I could even get out of bed! When I mentioned it on check out, the staff didn’t seem that shocked!

"Great location by the lake. But no reception there, no breakfast etc; everything was done via an adjacent hotel. The hotel seemed to be linked to at least two others and arriving on a Tuesday at around 6pm, the restaurants were already full with very few local options."

"The thermal pools are really fun. They were doing construction on a new area. Noisy, but it didn't affect using the pools that were open.

Excellent Hotel
"Very nice hotel. Room was spacious and very clean. Restaurant for evening meals was faultless. Breakfast included both hot and cold. Something for everyone.
There is some wear and tear here and there noticeably in the corridors between the rooms but this is a minor issue. I will definitely be staying here again on my next visit to the area."
