"The room was clean, and the staff were very nice, friendly, and cooperative. The breakfast selection was also excellent, with a wide variety of lovely items. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. My only concern was regarding the payment. I was charged an extra guest fee even though there were only four members in my family. As I understood, the room is supposed to accommodate up to five guests. I would appreciate it if you could please review this charge."
