We loved our stay and will definitely recommend to anyone visiting Saguenay. Having a hearty breakfast (the omelet station!) before our outdoor activities was perfect! Then coming back to recover at paus spa ended was just what we needed. We even used the free laundry facility as well. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
The breakfast was one of the best I’ve experienced at any property so far—the fresh bakery items were truly the highlight. The spa was also wonderful, very well managed, and incredibly relaxing. I would absolutely love to visit again.
Great stay overall! The place smelled amazing and the breakfast was fresh and delicious. Beds were super comfy and the rooms are fairly soundproof. Super convenient location with lots of food choices nearby if ever you don’t want room service. Would stay again!
The staff was welcoming and helpful, very clean, great linens and bathroom towels. Only thing that wasn’t wonderful was the pillows felt a bit old and could have been a higher quality.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Everything a touch of class. Impeccable room. Excellent breakfast.
Room is clean and staff is friendly. They don’t speak English ver well so I encounter some friction here and there. More staff training is desired.
They forgot to put in some charges and after checkout they went outside when I was loading my baggage and I need to pay again. Overall, acceptable service. Recommend breakfast for the stay. Omelette in the morning heals.
We called frontdesk to ask if we could sit in the breakfast area to grab a bit to eat our dinner (every restaurants were full, had no option). Front desk said yes, so we ordered some chicken. When the food got there the frontdesk said we could not sit there anymore, we had to est our food sitting on our bed. Stupidly bad services. Pool and jacuzzi were dirty, room was ok but noisy. Overpriced hotel for what they offer. Wish marriott had an hotel there…

Stay was ok. Room was clean and staff helpful and friendly.
Indoor pool and jacuzzi were old and gross. Gym is small but functional. You have to pay extra for spa experience to use outdoor facilities (kind of disappointing since the pictures really emphasized the outdoor spa, i assumed it would be complimentary)
It was freezing cold outside during our stay (-30C) and really would have appreciated a common area to hang out.. there were a few couches in a frigid lobby right next to front entrance… not much of a hangout
Overall ok experience but really a glorified motel, kind of hard to justify the 5 star hotel rating. Best thing is the free breakfast with omelet station but would pay half price to stay at 3 star hotel across the street next time
The property is very well maintained with the highest standards of quality and cleanliness. The staff was very helpful , hospitable and graceful. I would recommend this place.
First room tv didn’t work, put us in a different room (smaller) All staff were wonderful.
Breakfast was great (although chef was a tad grumpy initially but the staff in the area got him to lighten up - they were excellent!)
Hot tubs were not the cleanest, and we found the lighting in the pool in the hot tub area was very very bright would’ve appreciated a little dimmer after 9pm or even 10pm.
What Expedia doesn’t share is that access to the spas requires an upgraded room and an additional $15 charge per person. Spa access finishes at 9 PM.
Great place to stay in town! Everything was great and we utilized the spa, which was super nice! Undergoing a parking lot improvement project which offered some noise, however stay was great!
