"I was exhausted when I arrived and was experiencing a migraine. I was struggling and was so frustrated and embarrassed that I was ready to walk out. Ms Zahira Cordova saw what was happening and took over the sign-in for me. Her kindness and understanding of this 76 year old helped get me into a room, and did it with a smile. I've had several businesses, hired and trained hundreds of employees. Ms Cordova is exceptional. Whatever you are paying her isn't enough by half. She should have a substantial raise NOW, and a promotion. She will excel in any position. You don't want to lose this amazing woman."

"Breakfast bar was a good selection; however, the hot food was cold. Maid service was non-existent. We had to scrounge for fresh towels on Days 2,3, & 4. We had to empty our own waste baskets on Day 4 since they were full (no maid service). Charging for parking was "low brow"."

"The room was Dirty , stains on the sheets. Mold in the restroom. Dust in the crevices, blinds , desk. The toilet has stains was not cleaned . The carpet was filthy. I don’t like to ever give bad reviews but I had to leave. I was not going to put my children in the room. Staff was ok."
