"Very nice view and nice apartment. Elie was friendly and provided immediate help for check in. The apartment however was very dirty, dust was everywhere, we couldn't even walk on the floor without feeling all the dust everywhere and on surfaces. The beds were very uncomfortable and made noise every time we made a small move or sat on them. No ACs in the flat is an issue in the summer for sure. "Food was extremely expensive. 6 none alcoholic drinks 1 meal of chicken fingers, 1 meal of cheese sticks, and 1 Houka cost $100. Could not shower due to the lack of hot water, informed staff about water blockage in shower and no response. I would. It recommend the place for anyone who’s over 5’10” on the first floor and 3’ on the second floor. My daughter hit her head in the ceiling and had a concussion. We have to cut our trip short and return to the US. "

Great libanese breakfast with manakish on the menu. If trendy and lush decoration is not an issue, this property offers all the amenities a traveler needs with a fraction of the ongoing prices of hotels in Lebanon. The night entertainment on weekends around the pool is out of this world with an amazing DJ."

"Aley Suites is a very good hotel. The rooms were so clean and the service was so good. Also the staff were super helpful and so kind. If i have the chance to go back again to Aley surely i will stay in Aley suites."
