"The staff at the check in counter were very accommodating with their big smile. Check in process is very straightforward as I booked prepaid. I was impressed with the place. I called it paradise. The staffs were very friendly especially Ronnie the Lifeguard and bar staff namely Binoy and Aldrin. I love the foods from snacks to dinner and breakfast. Actually everyone from the staff were very welcoming and ready to help. The room is clean with very good air condition system. Enjoyed swimming at the beach with crystal clear water. I did not managed to enquire about the spa but hope they have sauna, gym and swimming pool facilities. The property is well maintained. I highly recommend the property to family and friends. I’m dreaming of coming back again in the near future."

"This hotel was not registered online booking with your hotels.com. thus the booking offers was not accepted by the hotel palau for my 7 days stayed.. I ended up paying the complete full rates of 11,850pesos. This should not be happening. The refunds exercise should be implemented to customer like me..."
