Sauberkeit ist allgemein okay, die Duschränder müssten aber dringend intensiv gereinigt werden. Alles in einem aber ein unschlagbares Preisleistungsverhältnis. TV sehr gut. Bett war gut. Aktuell noch etwas im bau, wenn alles fertig angelegt ist, sicher sehr schön. "

"Wir hatten zwei nebeneinander liegende Appartments, die in einiger Entfernung zum Haupthotel lagen, sehr sauber, gemütlich und für Familien auch super ausgestattet waren. Allerdings wurden diese während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht gereinigt, was aber unter Umständen bei Appartments auch üblich sein kann. Aufgrund der Entfernung zum Haupthaus hatten wir auch immer einen Weg zum Frühstücksraum, der für meine 87 jährige Begleitung etwas beschwerlich war, denn dieser war mit einigen Stolperfallen...

"Very well equipped apartment in one of the most massive buildings ever! Great kitchen, very nice balcony overlooking the ocean, and a very comfortable bed. Parking in a parking structure across the road was quite expensive, but the room was relatively cheap, so that was okay. Oh, and free drinks in the fridge! "

"Kinderclub war wirklich großartig , Lage auch! Frühstück gut aber etwas ausbaufähig. Wohnung war okay, aber hätte an der ein oder anderen Stelle etwas sauberer sein können. Wellness im 4JZ: Sauna etc. gut, Pool veraltet, keine schönen Liegen (Kipp-Liegen sogar eher gefährlich). Hier will man sich leider gar nicht lange aufhalten. "Nice Hotel but not five star. Rooms in main hotel are probably five star but we stayed in building next door. hotel restaurant was excellent. Reception and service was unorganised. Not so happy and several errors and delayed check in. A bit annoying that I couldn’t book extra night for 140 EUR. Instead I had to pay 240 Eur at hotels.com! Only place room was available. "

"Parking was inconvenient. 2 blocks away and very small spaces Apparently we had to book it in advance and pay extra 21 euro per night Rooms were huge, lots of closets, book cases, shoe rack Bathroom drain slow — tiles in shower excellent idea Pommes excellent Child friendly including a playroom Excellent breakfast and excellent service especially at bar and breakfast except one receptionist with little English and poor communication in german — we could not understand about access to free bus and toilet — binzbucht Request for engineer to help with touchy air conditioning that wouldn’t turn on because it thought windows were open was met instantly Should say that air conditioning was weak "
