"The room was very bad, there was no staff and the condition of the “hotel” was atrocious. At night there was random screaming from all around, like it was mad max. The heating was terrible and the room was cold all night. Couldn’t sleep much at all and decided right there to switch to a real hotel. Idk who took the photos but they did a great job tricking customers into thinking that this was a decent place. Absolutely awful, basically a silent hill experience. "

"Amazing, regardless of price one of the best places I've stayed in Japan. 15 mins walk from Saga station in a quiet residential area and only 10 mins walk to multiple restaurants, Saga castle, balloon museum, library etc Hotel is the wrong word for this place,it is a stand alone home, perfect for a couple but extra space and futons for kids or another couple in comfort. "Family of 4. Travelled with extended family. They booked us rooms close to one another. Too bad they didn't have connecting rooms. The room was small but sufficient. The bathroom was very cramped but functional. Beds were comfortable. They don't change the sheets daily unless requested. They replenish complementary water bottles daily. Toiletries you have to get at the lobby. 7/11 is across the street. Lawson a block away. Canal City was a short distance, about 3 blocks. Hakata Station was about a 10minute walk. If you'll be renting car, there is a paid parking 2 streets away."

"The hotel counter had a convenient luggage storage area, and one of the staff spoke decent English, making check-in smooth. The room was small, and the bed was tiny; it was quite cramped for two adults. Our family of four split into two rooms, which was more comfortable. The hotel's location is very convenient; Hakata Station, Ichiran Ramen, a drugstore, and a convenience store are all within a five-minute walk. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Fukuoka. The only downside is that the hotel breakfast remains unchanged, so I won't be spending extra money on it."
