"This beautiful old ottoman hotel is beautiful. The rooms are quite basic but very clean and comfortable. The aircon was brilliant (it was very hot while we were in Safranbolu) and we had a lovely view from our room. The buffet breakfast was a fairly typical Turkish breakfast with plentiful options and we were very satisfied with it. The location is fantastic with jus a short walk to all the action. "I love when you book at a Hilton property and know it will live up to the standard one expects. We arrived later in the evening and after a full day of driving and sightseeing, it was lovely to be able to know everything would clean and comfortable.
The room was well designed, confortable sheets and bed (though it was a small double and not a queen or king). Crabtree and Evelyn shower products. Lovely view.
