Sado hotel rooms a the Independent

"Great location. Older style hotel and our initial room was very poor and we were moved to an excellent room because the air conditioning didn’t work in the first one. The second room had excellent beds, aircon and space. The staff service was impeccable, particularly Miss Watanabe as she helped us with many things like booking restaurants and finding a good Onsen. The breakfast staff were also wonderful as were the cleaning staff and others at reception. The hotel is old but obviously some rooms...

"Staff are very helpful. The room is not big but cozy, clean, equipped with all the essentials, and the location is very centred. The hotel also sells alcohol and soft drinks on the fifth floor. Would definitely come back."
