Our stay was perfect! It had everything we needed and the room was spacious. Sarah at the front desk was very helpful and kind, she immediately made us feel welcome. The pool as also great and appreciate the extra pool towels they had to offer. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located, especially for travelers flying out of Sacramento Airport. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and the overall stay was pleasant. A special mention to Aylin at the front desk, she was friendly, professional, and very attentive. Her excellent customer service made the stay even better. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Rooms were tidy and clean. Staff was nice. However, the shower door didn’t fully open because it would make contact with the rain fall shower head. So I had to squeeze into the shower stall. In addition, the shower door gap did not do a good job of keeping the water inside the stall so when I came out, the floor outside was very wet. Otherwise, the room was great. Equipped with mini fridge and microwave. Water refill station in the lobby.

My first stay here was phenomenal, so I decided to book here again. However, this time, my experience was quite different. Upon arriving for check-in at 3 PM, there was no parking available. I had to park in the EV charging station. When I went inside to check in, it was very noisy, and it seemed like there was an event happening. Check-in itself was simple. I also made sure to ask the staff if it was okay to leave my car parked at the EV charging station, and I was told that it was fine. When I got to my room, it was clean and just as I remembered from my previous stay. Nothing fancy, but comfortable and clean. However, one downside was the shower door. I remembered that during my previous stay, the shower door could open both ways. In this room, the door could only open inward toward the shower, which made it difficult to step out because there wasn’t much room. The door also made a creaking noise that concerned me. After taking a closer look, I noticed that the screws holding the door appeared to be loose. At night, parking was still limited, and it was also somewhat disturbing to hear people talking and moving around in the hallway. As for breakfast, it was no longer free. During my last stay, breakfast was included, so this was another difference I noticed. Overall, my stay was different this time compared to my first visit. Despite the issues, I would still consider booking here again because the hotel is clean and in a convenient location.
