"I am extremely disappointed in my recent stay not only due to the staff and lack of they were extremely rude and it was like I was an inconvenience to them. Now the room wasn’t at all what I expected or what I paid for dust everywhere. No mini bar . Ummm no stoppers for tubs. Couldn’t get thermostat to go lower than 69 degrees. Chips in paint everywhere toilet seat was chipped up really bad. Microwave was very very old and took a very very long time to warm food. The knob to turn shower on was broken, the bathroom sinks were falling out… oh then the hostess told me that breakfast was a full blown buffet… I’m thinking omelette everything no it’s the same normal breakfast as every where else. I am going to send this higher up because I would like to know how this is going to be fixed and I tell you the pictures you have on the internet of the room I rented and the details then walk in total disappointment.. "The inexpensive rooms are conveniently near grocery, restaurants, and other outside amenities including CSU Sacramento. The rooms are ok and have larger refrigerator and a kitchenette. Yet room cleanliness was OK. We had 3 rooms and all three had not been vacuumed well. My son found a sock and coin change from someone else under his bed. We had a screw left in the carpet. Bathroom tubs were not super clean. If you're needing a less expensive place to stay with medium level of convenience stay here. But not the same quality as 3 star places in other cities."

"I would stay here again. Loved the location in Old town Sacramento. Shopping was amazing. Room was a typical smallish ship stateroom. Restaurant was good. I was awakened in the wee hours by barking Sea Lions. They provide ear plugs, but I thought it was uniquely charming and annoying all at the same time."

"The room was clean but the up keep on big things should be better kept up with our door had to he slammed to fully close and even then we only got it to close once."

"much of property is under remodel. Worst part - I visited Sacramento to see my brother, dying in hospital. The first night I slept at hospital so when I went back to hotel to check out early - brother was being moved into hospice at home the property did not allow me to check out early. They billed me for five nights. No early checkout. I paid almost $800 for one night when I didn’t sleep there. Don’t take a chance on this hotel."
