"Out first room smelled terrible. We were given another room but it was in the front and the parking lot was under construction. We got to hear trucks, jackhammers, loaders replacing the parking lot at 8 am in a Saturday. Went to breakfast at the property and it took a very long time just to eggs and oatmeal. Maybe because we booked with Expedia we got poor room choices"

"The hallway had a gapped hole on it, jacuzzi has missing tiles. Overall it's a semi high end hotel prices, with 2 star hotel amenities."

"The staff was really nice and helpful with my question over the phone about checking in late. I also found the room really comfortable and clean. The whole hotel is really a vibe because it’s clean and luxurious but also is in a historic building. It was a good location as well around different parts of downtown and walkable. I really enjoyed the brunch, and also the complementary water bottles and coffee ! The staff at the front desk were super friendly too and made me feel welcome ! Literally one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at."

"Everything was fine until I got home and there was a $50.00 charge on my debit card. I tried several times to speak with the hotel staff but nobody answered the phone??? I therefore called my bank and had the charge cancelled which they did immediately. So what’s up?"
