Bad smell, dirty, sink didn’t work, muggy room. Sketchy area and our window was shattered and only “fixed” with tape. If you use Expedia, don’t buy a protection stay plan because even if you have it they won’t offer you a refund. Staff was decent enough but overall a dirty hotel. It’s worth the extra money to go to a slightly more expensive place. It was gross to even breathe in the room

The room I was assigned was an unlabeled room directly next to the manager's office/home. The door was right in front of the bottom step of the stairs. The bed was encased in a bed bug containment sheet, the chair was uncomfortable, the bed was like a slab of wood, the pillows had no fluff, and the sheets had a black stain in the corner. The television was tiny and the speakers were quiet, there was no table or desk, and the refrigerator was disgusting. Furthermore, the bathroom was so cramped I almost couldn't use the toilet and the shower was either freezing cold or scalding hot. I wouldnt even recommend this to a homeless person.

The hotel was excellent for the price charged. It wasn't the Waldorf but was a affordable, convenient, and welcome place to stay in a time when it seems every room in town over charges by 20 or 30 %. When lookad at with that in mind it was 5 star.

The check-in was pleasant and the location was good, however, the room was muggy and reaked of cigarettes. The air conditioner (mounted high on the wall) never blew out cold (or even cool) air. To stay cool, I slept with a damp towel as a blanket (which definitely helped).

Clean but noisy.

Internet wasn't working, so they couldn't scan my drivers license. They accommodated my desire for a non-smoking room, which was nice, but it shared a door with owners unit so I could hear everything. Very noisy until 11pm.

The owners are very nice but it was very, very noisy. The room was clean but no bedside table lamp and the only light wasn’t connected to the wall switch it had to be unplugged.

I stayed here the other night and before I even had time to unpack, I was chased into my room and threatened by a crazy person staying at the hotel, the owners wouldn’t refund and even sent the police away I wouldn’t stay here if you want a safe place to stay.

I don't like drinking water from the bathroom sink. There was only one sink in the room. The bottled water at the front desk was too expensive. And the water tasted like it was tap water.

I kept trying to cancel, but the hotel said to call hotels.com and vice versa. I couldn't cancel and got charged for a stay I didn't need.

I had a bad experience. The room had no light. The plumbing wasn’t working. It smelled dirty. The sheets and pillows were dirty. They were homeless people outside harassing us. My wife and I felt unsafe and we left and we did not want to stay there and they’re refusing to give us a refund. You guys need to do something about this.
