I was at the hotel during a typhoon and the room was secure and safe. My car was safe underground. American style food restaurant open late and has reasonable priced meals until 1130pm. "

I never saw any staff as the place is self check-in/check-out. They give a notice upon check-in of pertinent information and there are also notices in the room.
