"My new go-to hotel for when I come to Spokane. The room was immaculate, the bed comfortable. Staff were wonderful and check in was the most seamless I have ever encountered. Breakfast was wonderful as well. Looking forward to our next visit."

"Unfortunately, we had a change of plans and could only use the place for two of the five nights we originally booked. Our host, however, billed us for all five, so I guess that's where they get rich. I reached out two weeks prior but wasn't given any refund. It's a great property, but as a future airbnb owner, I plan to treat my guests more reasonably as I understand plans change. Thanks for the lovely accommodations in spite of the ripoff! "
