"The stay was good. The house was really nice and clean, comfortable bed, however the communication with Armando wasn’t the best. He was really nice when we were there however a week after we left he accused us of breaking something we didn’t break without even asking us beforehand and also throwing us in the face that he had given us 2 slices of cheese and some jam and that we didn’t have the decency to tell him we had broken something when we really hadn't! "We arrived early, and luckily the concierge arrived 20 minutes later as we were in 31 degree heat. Did not realise we had to phone ahead. It is among very, very steep cobbled paths. No parking facility. However, we were made to feel very welcome. The welcome pack was gratefully received. This really is a self catering unit as there are no good restaurants in monsanto and the kitchen is well equipped.
