"Overall a good place to stay. Across the street from Roma Termini so the location was incredible. Walls are definitely thin and there were a few stains but overall, a good place to stay for the location. Staff was very helpful and allowed bag storage. Lots of counter space in the washrooms."

"The hotel was fairly well kept. The room and bathroom were spacious. We didn’t hear much noise at night. The location is mixed in terms of appeal, as it is close to Termini, as well as Monti. Monti is a charming neighbourhood. We stayed two nights as this was the last stop of our two week trip. It served its purpose. Overall, it was a comfortable stay."

"Lovely hotel in a great location on Piazza Della Rotonda. Combines modern conveniences with the historical setting of our favorite place in Rome - the Pantheon. Really appreciated the AC in the heat wave. Excellent and convenient breakfast provided close by. Staff was wonderful throughout."

"As soon as you walk into hotel pacific you feel like you are entering a very nice hotel. Big lobby, helpful staff accommodating amenities. My small dislike is that the tv in the room was way too small."

"I recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again. The location is perfect for site seeing with lots of walkable attractions near by or easy transit available. All the amenities were very clean. The lounge was spacious and comfortable and the hotel itself had beautiful and interesting decor. The check-in process was very easy and the staff were super helpful. Our family room was very spacious for our family of 4 and the beds were quite comfortable. The breakfast had hot and cold options with lots of fresh fruit and drinks available. We had a pleasant experience at Hotel Napoleon and would recommend it to family and friends."
