"I’d rate my stay 3/5. For the price, I personally would not stay here again. The location was okay, but nothing particularly outstanding. The front desk staff was nice, welcoming, and courteous, and the cleaning lady was kind and helpful when I asked for fresh towels. The amenities were average. There is a nice view from the top floor, but unfortunately the windows were very dirty, which took away from the experience and blocked the view. Breakfast was one of the most disappointing parts of the stay. It was very Colombian-style, which may be fine for some guests, but I wish there had been more variety with options like pancakes, regular eggs, oatmeal, or other simple breakfast items. The fried snacks I tried were cold and hard. Items were not replenished quickly enough, so guests had to wait, and even after waiting, the food still was not warm. The breakfast area also felt a bit unorganized; napkins were not easy to find, and some staff seemed to be standing around chit chatting awkwardly while items were missing. The room size was good, but small details made the stay feel less comfortable, including scratches on the walls and nightstands, stained pillows, and stained towels. Overall, while the staff was friendly, the room condition, cleanliness details, breakfast organization, and food quality did not match the price point for me."
