"We stayed at the Mountain Exposure Luxury Chalets for 3 nights. It was a beautiful chalet, very spacious, clean & tidy. The views of Zermatt and the Matterhorn from our balcony were breathtaking. Meeting the concierge to pick up the keys was very easy, he coordinated the evening before so everything was organized. Great location for Zermatt train station, Gornergrat train and the Matterhorn Gondola ride. Highly recommend."

"The apartment was amazing with great views of the Matterhorn and a very large space, with lounge, dinning area, lounge, 2 bedrooms (1 upstairs) and 2 bathrooms, with 4 terraces. There is also a lift to your front door. The staff were great and very helpful and the facilities looked good, although we didn't have time to use them. I would have loved to give the apartment 5 stars, but like the hotel, it needs a bit of maintenance with the blinds, windows and light fittings."

"Very friendly manager and up to his task. Late arrival and late check out was nicely arranged. Always nice to come to a place with warm welcome. Only thing I would like to change for next visit was the partly uncomfortable mattress. It was a bit worn out and wrong size in the bed.
