Hyper propre et literie très confortable, déco fustes. A savoir que chaque chambre a un créneaux horaire pour le sauna. Ce créneau vous est communiqué au moment de la récupération des clés et l'accès commence après 15h. La seule chose à savoir et qui est ESSENTIELLE, est que le GPS vous envoie à l'endroit où vs allez loger et non pas a l'endroit où vous récupérez les clés ! . Notez bien que la remise des clés se fait à l'entrée d'un super market ( qui fait office de réception) ....elle se trouve dans le petit centre commercial à 150m plus bas (super marché) ! Hé oui pas très commun d'aller récupérer ses clefs à la cafétéria de la mini-galerie !

Kaunis huone, joskin pieni.

Kaunis huone ja hyvät sängyt sekä liinavaatteet. Huoneen piti olla 19 neliötä, mutta sitä on hyvin vaikea uskoa. Mahdollisesti 19 neliötä piti sisällään myös wc:n ja eteisen, jolloin huone jäi kyllä pieneksi!

Riitti tärkeimpään eli nukkumiseen

Olimme liikkeellä sesongin ulkopuolella. Alueelta ei löytynyt yhtään avoinna olevaa ravintolaa klo 19 aikaan. Tästä olisimme halunneet tietoa, esim. sisäänkirjautumisen yhteydessä (silloin vielä olisi hotellin oma ravintola ollut hetken auki). Hotellin sähkögrillikään ei toiminut. Huone oli siisti ja puhdas, mutta todella pieni. Tavaroita oli hankala saada mahtumaan. Tv:stä toimi vain ylen kanavat joten kuten, kun olisimme halunneet elokuvaa katsoa mikropitsaillallisen aikana :D Suihkuun ei olisi isompi ihminen mahtunut, koska kääntyvät suihkuseinät oli huonosti sijoiteltu. Iso plussa pimennysverhoista!

Mukava kelomökin tunnelma.

Mukava kelo rakennus. Saunan kiukaassa vaan loppui tehot heti ekalla löylykierroksella. Saunasampon kiuas olisi hyvä jatkuvasti lämpimänä olevaan saunaan jossa saunavuorot.

Mahtava aito honkarakennus. Meille erittäin miellyttävä, heti sisään mentyä ensivaikutelma oli sievä ja jykevä. Huoneessa jääkaappi jossa tilava pakastin. Todella hyvä Amerikan mallinen parisänky. Hiljainen ja lämmin. Sauna parasta mitä on nähty. Pariskuntana voimme suositella, menemme varmaan uudelleenkin, sesonkien ulkopuolella.

The actual room was really clean and comfy and about exactly what you would expect. The only real downside was that the way they handle reception can be quite confusing and I assume it is especially for non natives.

Todella hyvät sängyt ja viihtyisä huone. Kelohirsitalo oli tunnelmallinen ja siisti. Voisimme valita hotelliksi seuraavillekin reissuille. Respa ja aamiaispaikka olivat kuin eri maailmasta huoneeseen nähden, mutta aamiainen ihan perustasoa.

Sehr zentrale Lage in Saariselka mit super Frühstücksangebot im Resturant. Eigene Saunazeiten in der Lodge. Das Zimmer hätte vorher gründlicher gereinigt werden können. Staub, Haare und auch noch ein Kleidungsstück des Vorgängers im Schrank.

Hyvää oli sijainti, huone ja aamiainen. Vuoteet olivat tosi hyvät! Miinusta saunavuoroista, selvästi kehitettävää. Puolen tunnin vuorot? Samoin kannattaa pohtia, voisiko ovilla erotetut huoneet eristää jotenkin ovien kohdalta. Kovin kuului kaikki, tavallinen puhekin läpi. Kokonaisuus lämpimästi suositeltava!

So cozy! More authentic than staying at a big resort. You walk down the street to the market to have breakfast or if you need any help. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Saw the northern lights right behind the log house on our last night :)

Tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis! Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Bars sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich und sauber. Im Bad gab es sogar eine Fußbodenheizung. Jedes Zimmer hatte eigene Saunazeiten, sodass man immer alleine in die Sauna konnte. Es war ein toller Urlaub! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Easy checkin, extra instructions were provided in an email. We picked up the keys at the post office and went next door to the booking agent who gave us more info about the area. Everyone was very helpful. The lodge was perfect. Clean with very nice sauna. I loved the log design. Would definitely stay here again. Breakfast was off site, but that’s ok.

Cozy and nice stay !

It is very cozy and the room has all the basic amenities required with comfy bed. They provide good breakfast but may need to walk or drive a short distance from the log house. Recommended to stay to try out local log built house in Finland.
