Our family stayed at the Landal down the road and though more modern they were complaining about the noise from the traffic coming through while everything was so peaceful and quiet for us. The Hof is conveniently placed at the foot of the mountain next to the gondola. Everything was convenient and stress-free, which made the whole trip even more enjoyable. The breakfast was truly amazing, with a wide selection of fresh, high-quality options. The evening cheese and sausages refreshment was a wonderful touch and such a thoughtful addition after a full day out. The brand-new saunas and swimming pool are exceptional. "We enjoyed our stay and the location was great. The lounge/restaurant area was a lovely space to relax by the fire and have something to eat and drink. The rooms were nice but could do with some extra features like somewhere to put the suitcase and some better lighting (it was too dark). We also found very limited bathroom amenities for a hotel of this standard. For example a one product "does everything" which I find is more of a 3 star hotel feature. "
