"Kind of an awkward intro because you HAVE to call the reception listed on the sign to get into the hotel (I'm not stupid, it's not obvious that you have to do that). But once you do that, you are in. Once you get to the room, it's awesome. However, the only thing is that like most European hotels, the door to the bathroom may as well not be there because it's completely not sound proof. "Todo ha sido perfecto, el personal de recepción es muy amable, te ayuda en todo y siempre con una sonrisa.
El desayuno es muy completo y está todo muy bueno.
La habitación es muy bonita y el colchón es comodísimo, no hemos notado nada de ruido.
Además está super céntrico, hemos podido ir paseando al centro de Ciudadela y al lado del hotel hay un parking.

"The room was not like the images advertised. I was told by my Spanish friend I should of received a code to get in from the company but all I had was the confirmation email. Arriving i then had to call and whatsap to gain access to the place which was added stress. Whilst I got a response straight away this could of been avoided. "This is a true oasis. Beautifully renovated and decorated throughout, in the midst of the city, yet tucked in old city villas.
The pool area is gorgeous, especially in the second palazzo - with the cathedral towering above you.
Breakfast is generous and fresh, making for a perfect start to the day.

"Lovely pools. Cold in 2nd half of September though. Wear insect repellent as midges aren't obvious and bite! Minimart both expensive and understocked. Nearest excellent supermarket is Diskont, 15 mins walk away but well worth it to stock up and make your own breakfasts as breakfasts in resort are expensive at 12€ pp. There is also a nice café outside this supermarket. Table tennis disappointing as borrowers of bats and balls didn't return to Reception after use so we couldn't play! Food not served from pool bar in evening after 3pm, which caught us out but there are a couple of beach bars on adjacent beach. The buffet restaurant we used once but set price doesn’t include any drinks. It was okay but appreciated the good bus service which is more frequent on weekdays than weekends, so plan around that if you don't have a car, which we didn't. No kettle so glad I brought my drinks heater. "
