"Staff was super rude as a frequent traveler we abide by all rules and signs posted when there is no rules or signs posted you treat your guest like trash for not knowing the rules that you never explained in any way.. worst vacation EVER . STAY ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE! "

"No hot fresh breakfast as described. Fan in room made loud noise and wiggled like it was going to come off the celing so we didnt use it. Lotion broken off the wall in the bathroom. Staff was rude when asked about getting a box of klenex. "

"The front desk staff and housekeeping were excellent and friendly. The hotel towels, shower curtain, mattress and bedding was new. However, Beyond the staffs control certain aspects of the hotels age are uncontrollable such as the bathtub being dark and stained. The door was very aged. I did find a few ants in the room. Had it not been for the hotels.com pricing being reasonable I would have refused to stay if I had to pay over $150 for one night. "

"The breakfast and the room were fine, but the cleaning staff left us with completely empty shampoo and body wash dispensers in the shower, and even the hand soap for the sink was completely empty when we got there. Not even a plain bar of soap could be found. It was late when we got there, and we were so tired from traveling all day that we went right to bed. The staff did absolutely nothing to make sure we had a stocked room, and didn’t even ask us how our stay was when we checked out early the next morning. We probably didn’t smell too good, since we didn’t have any soap for our morning shower, so it’s even worse that they didn’t even ask if everything was ok. While I was checking out, I hesitated after he said good day to me, then I waited another few seconds to see if the man at the desk was going to ask me how our stay was, but when he didn’t I just bid him a good day and walked out. We will not be returning to Crown Plaza St Louis Airport on our future travels through St Louis (which is often)"

"We will never return here. Our stay-cation/ granddaughter's 10th bday was a disaster.indoor pool was not open. I spent hours looking for the perfect place to book a room. Several hotels whose indoor pools were closed had a line thru pool so you would know it was not available. This hotel did not. I was not able to get refunded or transfer to another Holiday inn."

"We stayed for one night for an early flight out the next day. The staff was so nice and friendly. The airport shuttle was great, and I loved that we could leave our car on their property for a fee. The shuttle picked us back up from the airport when we returned. We would definitely stay here again!"
