The concierge service was phenomenal. They went above and beyond to make sure that my stay was as easy and as convenient as possible, they were ready with recommendations and were very attentive. I had never stayed at a Sofitel before I usually stay at Andaz‘s but I wanted to stay at a five-star hotel in Seoul that was so iconic. Literally next to the lotte world mall, it was extremely refreshing to be in such a luxurious hotel: my view, my room, the restaurants, the swimming pool, the spa the gym, the breakfast, the guest It was absolutely amazing. I cannot recommend this property enough."

"Slightly older property but well maintained and clean. Ended up booking amother night here because we wanted to stay until EverLand closed. Shuttle is small but we were able to get spots on it for the next day. It runs from 930 - 2000. We took a taxi back to the hotel from EverLand since we stayed past 2000. Staff is very nice and helpful! There is a hill that u need to walk up to get Building A and B. B is further back. There was an English speaking staff member."
