"The reviews for this hotel were pretty high, so I was surprised and disappointed with our stay. The hotel was much more run down than the pictures showed. There was no elevator and all the rooms had external doors more standard with a cheaper inn, so maybe this used to be another motel brand? The room was just so dirty and dark I was pretty grossed out. We make it a habit to check the mattresses - the mattress covers under the sheets were stained all over. The floor was dirty and hair left all over. Lighting was very dark and dim. It was just dusty, dirty and grimy like the cleaning was done as quick as possible. The breakfast was OK. Hot offerings, but cheap and the breakfast area was very tight. Staff was average. Pretty disappointed and wish we would have booked elsewhere."

"Hotel gives appearance of nice until you go inside. Room was very clean and I stayed 3 nights and no one cleaned my room. I actually asked for the last night and still didn’t happen. My family came over to use pool and the lights in pool were off. I went to front desk 3 times as the pool got more and more people for the fear of safety. The hotel was sold out and they basically have no staff to support the customers. I would not stay here again."

"The room wasn't very clean they advertised a pool and breakfast pool was closed and was no breakfast office was closed when we left around 8am then later that day hit my card for $150 then $50 then $25 then $10 then $5 accusing me of smoking in the room I don't smoke"
