"Booked a twin room, a decent size situated at the back of the property. Room had a small tv, tea, coffee and biscuits. Beds were not that comfortable and had seen better days as was the furnishings. The en-suite however was up to date large with a great shower bath and plenty of hot water. Breakfast was plentiful with a decent choice. Reception and service staff were helpful and cheery. Location couldn't be better for travelling round the Island by bus or train. For a short break without my own...

"As a high end hotel you should experience top rate hotel. Being the start of the season you would expect the hotel to be in prime condition as it’s not cheap. The staff are lovely ask and they will do their best to help. But our room smelt of smoke (put air con on 15 minutes later clear, the room/suite could do with upgrading.
