"The staff were so lovely and helpful. The only downside was that as we had a little person in tow, we'd have to pay to use the pool in the spa downstairs. Which was a shame as we booked the hotel specifically as it said there was a pool. The breakfast was really nice, every member of staff we met were all so lovely and it was only a quick drive into Colmar."

"The nicest staff, very professional so clean and beautiful. The only thing I suggest is stray the pool area at the hotel. A little musty smell. The Italian restaurant was amazing! The food is extremely tasty. The breakfast delicious! The service! The nicest housekeeping! Comfortable beds! So clean and we will come again! This is a 5 star place"
