"I personally do not like to stay in a hotel where the rooms open to the outside as all of these do it reminds me of an old motel that’s been converted into the best Western hotel. The stairwell going up to the second floor was really grimy and needs a good power washing. You do not get a shining welcoming sign as you walk up those dirty cement stairs to your room. The bathroom sink and drain board was tiny and almost couldn’t fit all of my makeup and hair supplies. I felt very crowded. Air conditioner was loud and kept going on and off all night so ultimately I had to completely turn it off as I couldn’t sleep. There were several issues with our room that we mentioned to the front desk and they were all taken care of to our satisfaction. Would’ve thought the maid would’ve noticed the toilet seat was very loose and about to come off the toilet and report it to the management, but apparently she didn’t."
