Amazing. The staff was exceptional, especially the manager, Patricia the room was spacious and quiet and ravenna was my favorite place in all of italy. The shops and tours were great. Would stay there again

knowing the origins of our family

426/5000 I have chosen this beautiful hotel to be able to visit San Pancrazio and the villa of Russi. It was the best choice I've ever had !!!. The hotel is excellent, the food is delicious, the rooms are comfortable and clean, the internet is very good and above all else what I liked is the staff's special treatment in helping me to know the place and people related to the origins of our Italian family.

Wir waren nur eine Nacht als Paar hier. ...auf der Durchreise.... Ruhiges Hotel Service an der Rezeption prima Pool schön Zimmer sauber und geschmackvoll ausgestattet Frühstück hätten wir mehr erwartet Daher einen Punkt Abzug.

L'hôtel de la désillusion

Cette villa est charmante, bien tenue et dès l'arrivée, apres un voyage de 700 kms, tout indique qu'il s'agira d'un bon séjour. Oui, à l'excellente soirée et au dîner servi avec attention au bord de la piscine par une température estivale de la fin mai. Malheureusement, impossible de se débarrasser des 26 degrés dans la chambre: la climatisation ne fonctionne pas. Le repos mérité se fait attendre toute la nuit, jusqu'au matin où la réceptionniste nous indique que tout l'hôtel est sans climatisation, car "on attend le technicien pour convertir le système du mode chauffage au mode climatisation". Donc, si nous avons très mal dormi, au moins nous savons pourquoi. Il faudrait vraiment tout contrôler avant de réserver une chambre d'hôtel. Franchement très décevant.

I was working while vacationing due to the hotel' location their internet was very poor. So if you are only vacationing and no need for Internet. I highly recommend this place Great breakfast We drove to faenza to get on the Bologna train It is a small awesome Tuscany style villa. However it is in the heart of russi. I honestly didn't see anything resembling the picture posted on this ad. It maybe their other property

A nice hotel with a good size pool

A nice well-appointed and modernised hotel with a good-sized pool in an old country house. There is an excellent and friendly (Michelin Bib) fish restaurant La Cucoma nearby in same village so we did not try the hotel restaurant though it seemed full of satisfied diners. Breakfast was a decent buffet with nice local cakes though little in the way of meat and cheese as (small) serving dishes did not seem to be replenished when finished.

Lovely hotel and staff treated us like family.

This is a lovely hotel in a beautiful area away from the crowds. It felt like we were visiting a friend's home instead of a hotel. The staff is very welcoming and friendly and are totally focused on providing excellent service.

Sehr schön gelegenes Relaxhotel mit schönem Garten

Preis Leistung ist okay, liegt schön mit dem gepflegten Garten, Zimmer sind hübsch und komfortabel. Einzig die Sanitärgeräusche von den oberen Zimmer sind etwas störend. Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück sehr gut und vielfältig. Das Internet könnte besser funktionieren, oft keine Verbindung.
