"Picture it. Jackson, Mississippi. 2026. 4:00 in the morning just getting off the road from St. Louis. We check in at the hotel after getting confirmation several times that the arrival time wouldn't matter, get the key, go up the elevator and get ready to open the door because we think we're about to go to sleep for a few hours before we have to get dressed to go to a graduation. We use the key the lady at the front desk gave us, opened the door and at first it looks uncleaned like someone left their stuff in the room and the staff didn't do anything but as we're standing in the entry way, we we hear someone with a froggy voice say, “Who is this? What are you doing?!” We look at each other, close the door, and the person comes to the door. We apologize and tell them that the front desk lady gave us a key to that room. We get back on the elevator and head to the front desk. The girl says she doesn’t know why someone was in the room and that she can’t get a manager. Instead of apoloogizing, she then proceeds to call the people in the room to ask when they got there. We tell her to hang up because that doesn’t matter, we walked into a room with people in it and that could have gone sideways. She says there is a room with no TV we could use and suddenly remembers that is why she gave away our room to the people she called to ask why they were in there. Still no apology. "When I arrived the black out shade in my room was down, completely on the floor. I spoke with 3 different people on 4 different occasions and the issue was never rectified. I enjoy sleeping in when I'm on vacation and was unable to because of this maintenance issue. At the end of my stay there was still no attempt to compensate me for the inconvenience."

"I never eat hotel breakfasts, but it smelled good. The rooms inside condition was wonderful and freshly updated. The halls could use some updating. Needs new carpet and walls and doors painted. The staff was friendly and helpful. The parking area is fenced and gated for security which is a plus. Price was good and location to Jackson State was a plus. "

"AVOID AVOID Check in was at 3 we arrived 4.15 room was not ready,room floor was filthy see picture of my sock,found used tissue in bed so clearly never changed the sheets.breakfast was a joke coffee was cold and only one item off food,should have seen the red flag in the office with sign saying you get a full refund if not happy with room within 15 minutes of check in,there is nothing good to say about this hotel you need to sack your cleaners and not advertise with breakfast "

"One of the coolest rooms I've stayed in. Just wish it had a chair/desk and two night stands. I stayed in the KING DELUXE room but it didnt quite hit the DELUXE title but well worth the money."

"I fault myself for not inspecting the room. The bathroom was filthy. Bottom shelf under the sink was super dusty and the shower was full of hair that didn’t belong to me. I didn’t see any of this until I went into the bathroom at 2a.m. after getting there at 5. This is my fault for dropping off my bags and hitting the streets. Never again! The room was COLD. The unit wasn’t working properly. The guy just unplugged it from the wall. The man at the front desk was nice. "

Pero el cuarto dejó un poco que desear, el jabón ya estaba abierto, y las toallas de la ducha estaban todas manchadas (use una de secado rápido que llevó siempre conmigo) el aire acondicionado estaban todas manchadas roto como el armazón pero funcionaba perfecto. Y la traba de la puerta esa extra que tienen la mayoría, estaba rota no había un mecanismo para cerrar y sentirte un poco más segura"
