"The view from balcony is soOOO beautiful! Hotel is very kind to accept my request to upgrade the room to Superior Double Room with a lake view. Yes! It's worth the upgrade. Would recommend to stay in the main building. The free sauna is a great activity and we really enjoyed it at the end of the day. The reception guy (I think his name is Simon?) was super helpful and responsive on all our requests. Totally recommend to stay in this hotel!"

"The view from our room was absolutely amazing and the room service breakfast was too. If you have larger luggage there is no need to carry yr luggage up a bunch of stairs only to get onto your room. There is a walkway entrance in the center of town that you can roll yr luggage up. "

"Das Zimmer entsprach den auf der Website dargestellten Fotos nicht. Dieses Zimmer ist zudem in den öffentlich zugänglichen Bildmaterialien des Hotels nicht abgebildet. Auf unsere Beschwerde an der Rezeption konnte kein adäquates Lösungskonzept angeboten werden. Ein Mitarbeiter teilte uns lediglich mit, dass die Fotos auf der Website bereits aktualisiert worden seien, die Renovierungsarbeiten jedoch nicht in allen Zimmern durchgeführt wurden."
