Home to an Iron Age fort aswell as an imposing 19th century Martello tower, Roman artefacts havealso been discovered in the area. Archaeologists keenly debate whether or notthe Romans settled here, or if Rush was simply atrading post. Either way, with outstanding views over the Irish Sea, it’sdefinitely worth a visit.
