"The property was well maintained, and the location was excellent. Kim and Liz provided outstanding customer service throughout my stay—they were professional, welcoming, and truly made a positive impact. They deserve recognition for their exceptional work.
Unfortunately, my experience at the Red Bar & Lounge was very disappointing. About 15 minutes after opening, the “Not Open” sign was still displayed. When I asked if they were open, a staff member on her cellphone briefly replied yes and returned to her phone. I seated myself and waited nearly 10 minutes as the only guest in the restaurant. During that time, no one greeted me, offered a menu, or took a drink order, while staff remained gathered behind the bar talking and using their phones. I eventually left and reported the issue to the manager.
I had a similar experience at the Starbucks downstairs, where the employee appeared focused on her cellphone while assisting customers. These interactions gave the impression that guest service was not a priority and could easily discourage repeat business.
Aside from these service issues, my stay was very enjoyable. The wooded park next to the property and the nearby entertainment options were wonderful amenities. With better attention to customer service in these areas, this would have been an exceptional stay."
